In using the Good Move Studios Limited website you agree to use these terms and conditions of which we reserve the right to change or amend at any time. References to “you” and “your” means you, “we”, “our” and “use” refers to Good Move Studios.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions and policies stated below.

Purchasing any products supplied by Good Move Studios through the goodmovestudios.com website requires that you have read and accept the terms in our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your personal information.

We present the information on this website, including information about our products, as accurately as we can and in good faith. If there are any errors we will correct them when brought to our attention.

The jewellery is handmade by our in-house team using Sterling Silver (925). This means that due to the nature of handcrafted products they may not all be the same, they may hold minor imperfections and also may vary slightly from the image found on goodmovestudios.com. Products are subject to availability.

Prices and descriptions of our products are subject to change without notice. We may withdraw the sale of any product at any time.

  • Delivery:

We can ship to the Uk, Europe and internationally- with added fees where applicable (it is up to the buyer to cover import taxes or any other incurred fees on the package arrival).

All our items are sent via Royal mail. We offer 2nd class signed for or Special next day delivery (we encourage you to select Special delivery if your order is over £50.00). For international orders we offer a tracked and signed for option.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details to give you updates on your order. Second class signed for services typically takes 2-3 days.

If you have provided the incorrect address, we take no responsibility. In most cases Royal mail will return the item back to Good Move Studios. Due to incorrect address or item ‘not called for’ we will be in contact via email. There will be an additional postage cost required before we resend your item to you.

  • Packaging:

Jewellery is sent out in appropriate packaging. This protects the jewellery throughout transit. We have chosen to use eco-friendly, sustainable, recyclable packaging throughout. Please dispose accordingly. The organic cotton jewellery pouches are reusable, please store your Good Move Studios jewellery in the pouch when you are not wearing the item.

  • Ordering:

Please make sure the email address you provide us with is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. All Order confirmations and acceptances are sent to that email address. Please check any spam folders you may have for communications from us. Once you have completed your order we will send you a confirmatory email to acknowledge that we have received your order and that it has been accepted by us.

  • Account:

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at goodmovestudios.com

If you create an account on this website you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for restricting access to your password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities and for each purchase that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

Return policy

  • Good Move Studios do not accept returns or exchanges, please select with care.

If you have ordered the incorrect ring size, alterations to the size can possibly be done, at an additional charge. (No alterations can be made if the jewellery has a stone, or if the ring needs to be larger, we can only decrease sizes.)

No alterations can be made to any wax to silver pieces.

If the item is faulty we will aim to resolve the matter by altering or replacing the item. A refund will only be issued on a faulty item if it can not be resolved. Please contact Good Move Studios Limited via email at hi@goodmovestudios.com within 3 working days of receiving your purchase to arrange return via post for assessment.

Returned items should be unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. A refund will only be issued on receipt of the items to our return address.

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches the return address. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you seek proof of postage when posting.

If your item becomes damaged 14 days after receiving the goods, we are not responsible in repairing the item. The cost of a repair can be discussed via email communication.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and you will be reimbursed your original postage charge.

In cases when a refund is permitted, please allow 7 working days for it to be processed.
